Local Hand Delivery

We provide hand delivery throughout:

Local delivery within Calgary is included with your gift purchase.

Delivery to Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, and Okotoks is available for a delivery charge of $19.99.

Delivery Days

Our regular delivery days are Monday through Saturday.

Sunday delivery is not part of our regular schedule, but may be available by special request. Delivery schedules may also vary on statutory holidays.

Next-Day and Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will generally be delivered the following delivery day, unless another day is requested.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. for an additional charge of $19.99. Same-day service is subject to product and driver availability.

If you require a gift urgently, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm what is possible.

Requested Delivery Times

You are welcome to provide a preferred delivery time or helpful scheduling information when placing your order. Although we always do our best to accommodate delivery requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery timing may be affected by:

• Inclement weather
• Building access
• Hospital or care-facility procedures
• Other circumstances beyond our control

If timing is especially important, please include as much information as possible with your order.

Recipient Availability and Door Delivery

When no one is available to receive a gift, it may be left at the door if the driver determines that it is safe and legal to do so.

Weather conditions, temperature, building access, the contents of the gift, and the security of the location will all be considered before a gift is left unattended.

Gifts containing alcohol are never left unattended and are always pre-arranged with the recipient.

Correct Delivery Information

The sender is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Recipient’s full name
• Complete street address
• Unit, suite, or room number
• Buzzer or access code
• Recipient’s telephone number
• Business or facility name, when applicable
• Business hours, when applicable
• Any other instructions that may help the driver complete the delivery

Apartments, Condominiums, and Gated Buildings

For apartments, condominiums, and gated communities, please provide the recipient’s unit number, buzzer number, access code, and telephone number.

The recipient must be available to grant access when required. If the driver cannot enter the building and the gift cannot be left safely, the delivery may need to be rescheduled.

Hospital and Care-Facility Deliveries

We are pleased to deliver to hospitals and care facilities. A unit, ward, or room number is required.

Before ordering, please confirm that:

• The recipient is currently admitted
• The facility permits gift deliveries
• The correct unit or room number is available
• The recipient has not been transferred or discharged

Hospital policies and internal delivery procedures may affect when the gift reaches the recipient after it has been delivered to the facility.

Gifts Containing Alcohol

All alcohol deliveries are arranged with the recipient in advance to ensure that an adult aged 18 or older will be available to accept the gift.

The recipient may be required to provide valid government-issued identification. If the driver cannot confirm that the recipient is at least 18 years old, the gift will be returned until delivery can be arranged with an eligible recipient.

Alcohol-containing gifts cannot be left at the door or with a minor.

Warm-Weather Delivery

We take care when delivering gifts during warm weather. However, chocolate and other heat-sensitive products may soften or melt when temperatures exceed approximately 24°C.

When warm conditions are expected, we strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the gift. Heat-sensitive gifts should not be left outdoors for an extended period.

Although we take reasonable precautions during delivery, we cannot guarantee the condition of chocolate or other heat-sensitive products after delivery when we have been instructed to leave the gift unattended.

Delivery Across Canada

If you would like to send a gift elsewhere in Alberta or Canada, delivery may be arranged by post or courier.

Some gifts are better suited to shipping than others due to their size, presentation, contents, or sensitivity to temperature and handling. If the gift you prefer is not recommended for courier delivery, we will be happy to help you find a suitable alternative or explore another solution.

Courier availability, delivery timelines, and charges depend on the destination and the selected gift. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside our regular local service area, as it may show as shipping unavailable.

Holiday Delivery

November and December are our busiest delivery months. We strongly recommend ordering corporate, multi-recipient, and holiday gifts as early as possible.

During periods of high demand:

• Same-day and next-day availability may be limited
• Preferred delivery times may not be available
• Delivery windows may be wider
• Courier transit times may be longer
• Certain delivery dates may reach capacity

We will always make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested delivery date, but early ordering provides the greatest selection and scheduling flexibility.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes. Please provide the hospital name and the recipient’s unit, ward, or room number. We also recommend confirming that the recipient is still admitted and permitted to receive gifts.

Can you deliver to an apartment or condominium?

Yes. Please provide the unit number, buzzer number, access code, recipient’s telephone number, and any other helpful entry instructions.

Can you deliver outside the Calgary area?

Yes. Suitable gifts can be sent elsewhere in Alberta and across Canada by post or courier. Please contact us to confirm product suitability, cost, and estimated delivery time.
