Standard (Non-Holiday) Local Delivery Hours:

Monday-Saturday 9am – 9pm

In most cases, orders received by 4 pm are prepared for next-day delivery, or for your specified delivery date. While we do our very best to accommodate your delivery date, specific delivery date requests are not guaranteed. Delays may occur, depending on the nature of the order, availability of the recipient, delivery zone, weather and other elements out of our control. 

Deliveries will take place within the above hours (during the Holiday season, these hours may be extended to include Sundays), and while we will do our very best to accommodate your delivery date, an exact time of arrival cannot be given. Our gifts are hand delivered by courier, so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the order during delivery hours. If delivery information provided is incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping charge will be incurred for each delivery attempt.

Please provide a phone number for your recipient in case of delivery problems and include any special instructions in the “Additional Comments” section of your order form. Same day rush or evening deliveries are available by special request, at an additional cost. Orders containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult, therefore will be returned to us if no one is home and an additional shipping charge will be incurred for another delivery attempt.

*PLEASE NOTE* For free local delivery to apply to your order, please ensure that your address is properly "captured" by google. Ensure suite number is under the appropriate box, and no hyphens or periods. If you are having trouble, please always feel free to call in your order. Our phones can get quite busy during the Holiday season but we will always return your call if you leave a message.

Orders Outside Hand Delivery Area: Orders placed for delivery anywhere else in Canada, please call or email for quote. These orders are shipped through either Canada Post or UPS, whereby shipping costs will depend on the size, weight and destination of the package.
