Our Guarantee: Our goal is for your gift to represent you and your company with excellence, reflecting the manner in which you conduct your business. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or design of your gift, we will replace or re-do it until it is right for your recipient.

Substitutions: Due to varying availability, we reserve the right to substitute products for those of equal or greater value. Substitutions will not compromise the quality or value of your gift in any way.

Privacy: Under no circumstances will any of your information be shared with anyone other than Gift Baskets By Design staff, for the sole purpose of processing your order. You can rest assured that online orders are secure, with all transactions processed and protected through Paypal.

Returns & Refunds: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. However, we are unable to refund purchases once they have been delivered. Custom orders of $1000 or more require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order quote.

Delivery Fees: In most cases, orders are prepared for next-day delivery or for your specified delivery date. Large and custom orders require more time to allow for shipping of special order products. We make daily local deliveries within Calgary, Okotoks, Black Diamond, Turner Valley and High River. Orders placed for delivery anywhere else in Canada and the USA are shipped through either Canada Post or UPS, whereby shipping costs will depend on the size, weight and destination of the package. Local delivery fees are as follows: Calgary SE / SW - $14, Calgary NE / NW - $19, Okotoks - $10, Black Diamond / Turner Valley / High River - $15.

Alcohol: In accordance with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, our license permits us to purchase alcohol from a liquor store and deliver it for our clients of legal drinking age and to charge a fee for this service. We are unable to stock alcohol on our premises, however, if you require something specific we are happy to pick it up for you and include it in your order. Orders containing alcohol must be received and signed for by a person of legal drinking age. If recipient appears to be 25 years of age or younger, photo identification will be required by recipient as proof of age, upon delivery.
